From the Contour Mission Statement:
"At Contour, our core values are at the heart of everything that we do and every decision we make. Constant throughout all of our lines of business is a commitment to integrity and safety. Our team members consistently display an attitude of excellence and the ability to think like a customer. We recognize that there is strength in unity and work together as a team to accomplish our ambitious goals."

Some may say that Contour's "ability to think like a customer" is nowhere to be found if the airline is asked to pay back money to customers when the airline is the cause of the loss of money. Others may say that operations processes lack "a commitment to integrity".
In looking at the reviews it appears that there is a "no refund" policy in effect, whether it is written or not. There also seems to be an unwritten "no-communication" policy towards dissatisfied customers.

· Morally Wrong, you will not make it to your destination, and they don’t care about disabled people.

Cape Girardeau - NashvilleDomestic

Just coming back here to remind you how morally horrible this airline is, left me and everyone on the flight stranded overnight in Nashville and gave us FRAUDULENT hotel bookings. We left the airport to the hotel to be told they were FAKE. Not to mention on another flight they lost my 88 year old, disabled grandmothers wheelchair and made me carry her out of the airport . Disgusting, no morals, no care for you or anyone else. Do not fly with them especially if you need accommodations.

· Delay flight for no apparent reason caused me to miss my connecting flight, no compensation by a "supervisor"

Tupelo - NashvilleDomestic

My flight from Tupelo to Nashville was pushed back from 3:55pm to 6pm, I arrived around 3:30pm and was asked if I wanted to board another flight that was leaving at 3:55pm. I also had a connecting flight with Delta from Nashville to Baltimore (BWI) my home of residence at 5:48pm. The plane didn't leave Tupelo until 4:30pm so we made to Nashville at 5:05p and didn't reach the unloading area until 5:20p. I had one bag in baggage claim which caused me to miss the transfer time allowed on Delta. I paid $276 for this flight, and had to wait until the next morning to fly back to Maryland. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Charlie who stated he was the only person I could speak with and that he could not do anything to compensate my flight. He then stated it was the weather. This was actually the first time weather was mentioned for the cause of the delay, no one at the †airlines‡ mentioned any reason for the delay includuing the email sent at 3:46pm and then another at 5:45pm showing I could have left at 7:55am and made it to Tupelo at 9am, in which we know both were impossible and too late. The weather was hot and sunny, in Tupelo and in Nashville, so I knew this was all a lie in order for the †airline‡ to cover not compensating me for my missed flight in which they caused. Luckily Delta gave me another ticket for the next morning without having to pay for another flight. Charlie also mentioned American †Airlines‡ and one other †airline‡ with whom they have a contract with and stated I could find another time, but stated I would have to pay, but he never looked up any of the information. Charlie was not helpful or concerned for my wellbeing and being stranded in Nashville. I will never fly with †Contour‡ again!

· Completely ridiculous airline.

Lewisburg - CharlotteDomestic

I am in Lewisburg West Virginia and my airplane is broken. Another plane was sitting on the runway getting ready to leave in 30 minutes. The ticket agent would not let us move to that flight with ONLY 9 PEOPLE ON IT. I THEN HAD TO SPEND $400 to change my American airline reservation going to Tampa. I spoke to the pilot of the plane I am now on and he told me that he was a airplane pilot for 30 years and said that THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST SCREWED UP AIRLINE IN AMERICA BY FAR. The only reason I fly them is I have no other choice. If you do have a choice DO NOT FLY THEM.

· Terrible Experience

Dallas - TupeloDomestic

What a disaster. Used †contour‡ to get to a wedding last weekend and where do I start. Both flights were delayed, no communication on updates for the flights / gate, and then for the cherry on top they lost our bags. As I was a groomsman in the wedding I was expected to be wearing a suit for the rehearsal dinner. So I went out and bought some dress pants, a button down, a jacket, belt, socks, & some shoes. Thinking that this would be reimbursed as if this was an established †airline‡ like American, United, Southwest, etc. boy was I wrong. They offered me 1/3 of the things I had to spend money on and will not budge. Will not be using this †airline‡ again and I advise anyone to not check their bag with this †airline‡.

· Lost luggage on 45 minute flight , no customer service or follow through

Charlotte - MorgantownDomestic

As far as the flight it was fine no issues, American transfered my bag over in Charlotte to †Contour‡ and somehow they totally lost my bag for 2 days. No one would really communicate , they kept telling me it would be on the next plane and delivered to my hotel . This was a business trip and all my uniforms were in my checked bag, left two messages for Ron at the Morgantown †airline‡ that I had been given to contact , he never returned my calls. Finally on the second day I called again , they had found my bag and was gonna ship it , it would arrive the next day . My hotel was about 30 minutes away so that was ridiculous. I ended up working my 12 hour shift then driving round trip almost two hours in traffic to retrieve my bag. I bought a carry on and stuffed as much as I could in it in case they lost my checked on the way back. At the aiport one of the employees did apologize for the inconvenience and said he'd be in touch that was almost two weeks ago. The customer service and follow up has been sub par and actually embarrassing.

· The WORST….. that’s actually an understatement!!!

Waynesville - DallasDomestic

PLEAAASE NEVER use this airline unless you have absolutely no other choice. I only use it because it flies into a place convenient for my family. I have been stuck MULTIPLE times for HOURS with my 5 yr. old because there is ALWAYS delays (LAST MINUTE) or cancellations. We have been boarded and had to de-board, then delayed up to 3 hrs - MORE THAN ONCE. At this point it is ABSOLUTELY more of an inconvenience than convenient. To delay or cancel EVERY time is outrageous!!! And I have used them several times. This will be my LAST!!

· Unwilling to provide positive customer service.

Baltimore - OrlandoDomestic

Unwilling to provide positive customer service. They may be limited in their equipment, route, etc. all of which impact flights and cancelations- but they 100% choose not to provide better customer service. I would avoid flying with them if you can.

· Don’t fly contour!

Manistee - ChicagoDomestic

Horrible airline with screwed up and inconsistent policies. They have yet to fly a plane on time and it usually cancels. Their service providers are rude and care nothing for the customers. This trip is the last I will take on their airline. I hope Manistee reconsiders their contract with Contour. Cape Air was so much better.

· Horrible experiences

Cape Girardeau - ChicagoDomestic

The absolute worst airline to ever fly. If you need to be somewhere on time definitely do not use contour. I have had to drive to my connection point in order to make an international flight because contour randomly delayed their flight. They would not refund me or cover the fees that I incurred because of having to drive to make my flight. Then in my most recent flight, it was delayed 6 hours and instead of being transparent that the plane was not even on the way they would just keep saying “one more hour”. I ended up again missing my connection and contour would not take responsibility so I had to pay $800 to change my flight to get to my destination on time. Their customer service representative is the same person on phone or email and is so rude. As a paying customer for a service who messed up my travel plans you would think they would be kind. I’ve never received any refund for all of the flights they have messed up and after giving them another chance will definitely never fly this airline again.

· O'Hare-Cape G | No Gate | Super Delay

Chicago - Cape GirardeauDomestic

I have heard that flying to Chicago from Cape Girardeau is easy and nice. Getting back is not easy and was a very stressful experience. O'Hare was never told / never announced what gate the flight would be. They did not decide until 5 minutes before. They delayed it several times (6 hours late) after the 11am flight had been cancelled. When you call and ask which gate it could be, they say it could be G11, G13, or G19. But it could also be a totally different gate. The disorganization is stressful for everyone flying including the staff who seemed perplexed just as much as the passengers. Flight attendant was very kind and pilot was apologetic.

Chicago - ManisteeDomestic

Never had experience like this ……at the gate waiting for 30 min for luggage to be loaded and over an hour to get deiced. I have 2 million flight miles…..worst ever. 50% of flights cancelled. 2 out of 4 and now this. Don’t ever fly Contour! !

· Worst Airline.

Page - PhoenixDomestic

They can’t take off on time. Once they lost the plane. They can’t keep planes in service. Over an hour late 3 times this week. How can you get connecting flights with this service. The Govt gives them subsidies, maybe it’s time to give fines.

· Terrible customer service for airline mistake

Clarksburg - CharlotteDomestic

Very rarely do I write a negative review but after our experience today with Contour airlines I feel obligated. First our flight got delayed but luckily no connecting flight so fine. Flight was good but no refreshments were offered even though it was mentioned and there was no turbulence. Again not a huge issue. Third landed at Charlotte Douglas Airport and got stuck on the tarmac for over an hour to get a gate. Went back and forth at E terminal which I have never encountered before. Again luckily no connecting flight but others did on the flight. Lastly when we boarded in Clarksburg they gate checked our bags due to very small overhead bins which again not a huge issue. However they used very flimsy paper tags with elastic and apparently during the flight one of the tags fell off. When we went to pick up our bags at the gate they would not give us either bag even though one still had the tag and with 13 people on the flight there was only bag remaining. The gate staff were not helpful at all and told us we had to go to baggage claim. We went to baggage claim and after waiting a half an hour with no bags my wife went to check at customer service by baggage claim but they didn't have any information. My wife they tried the ticket counter but nobody there so she called customer service. The woman said our bags would be sent to carousel 8. After a total of 1.5 hours at the baggage carousel our bags finally showed up and had new flimsy paper tags on them. We had our name tags on the baggage and could have checked our IDs which got us on the airline to begin with but they didn't offer that as an option. I have never seen such horrible customer service from an airline. I will never recommend nor use Contour Airlines again!!! 0 stars is what I would like to give here but not an option.

· Chicago to Cape is atrocious

Cape Girardeau - TrincomaleeInternational

Chicago, Illinois was not an option for destination field so it’s incorrect in this review. Flying out of Cape Girardeau to Chicago was simple and enjoyable. Trying to get back to Cape Girardeau from Chicago was a complete nightmare and literally the worst flying experience I’ve had and I travel a lot. I had to call no less than 6 times trying to find out what gate to be at. Four of us met up and stuck together while trying to figure it out. We were given 5 different gates that they said we would fly out of. Three gates were close in proximity but two were not. I called and asked multiple times for them to post a departure gate so we knew where to be and 20 minutes before boarding after 2 long delays, I became adamant that a gate be posted. That’s when they finally posted it. I was promised twice before that they would post a gate. After they finally posted it, four more people walked up because they had no idea where to report to either so they barely made it. One lady had to get a hotel the night before because they pulled the same thing and she missed the flight. I stayed in touch with her and the airline would not refund her hotel stay or expenses. They offered her a $50 voucher. Once we boarded, I was seated right next to the bathroom with the seat up and a broken door so the door kept slamming open and closed the entire ride. I asked to move and was told no. I count the seat down and forced the lock closed from the outside. The stewardess walked by it multiple times before I finally did it myself. I will gladly drive to St. Louis for better service and less stress. I’ll pay for parking and not blink an eye. I would much prefer to support local and fly out close to home with no parking. However, when the Chicago employees say that it’s like that for every Contour flight and they are the worst, that’s enough information for me. Contour, do better. Your Cape process is good but flying back is unacceptable. Poor customer service to not reimburse someone for your poor planning and then almost doing it to her again is unforgivable. Four of us actually talked about renting a car and driving back together because of the poor experience. Tried adding 3 photos to this but they would not load.

· Never Again

Chicago - KirksvilleDomestic

Will never try to fly with these guys again. Waited at OHare for hours with no info available from American gate agents as to status or flight or reason for delay. They say Contour does not communicate with them. 7:00 pm flight was finally cancelled around 9:00 pm, with a text that said “sorry for any inconvenience.” Never got any explanation for delays or cancellation. Stuck for the night in Chicago on what was only going to be a one day stay in Kirksville. I will say that the Contour rep I spoke with by phone was very helpful in rebooking my flight for the next morning (which I had to pay for because I did not book original trip through them) and a good hotel for the night. The next morning I got to the airport over two hours before flight scheduled to depart. No gate assignment, American gate agents on the concourse where the previous nights flight was scheduled again had no info whatsoever, said they don’t even have a phone number to contact Contour for their flights they service. Got a gate assignment (on another concourse 15 minute walk away), plane was there at 8:00 for a 9:10 departure - yay! BUT — after delays for refueling, maintenance issue, and paperwork for the maintenance issue, we finally left at 12:00 noon. At least my return flight the next morning was on time.

· Awful customer service

Dallas - TupeloDomestic

My luggage was to transfer from American to Contour in Dallas. Upon arrival in Tupelo, I found my bag didn’t make it. I filed a claim and the nice lady told me they would call me as soon as my luggage was found. Two days went by, of doing business in the same clothes in which I flew. I called American and they told me they tracked the bags and confirmed that Contour had them. I called Contour “customer service”. The very rude lady told me she couldn’t help me, and that I’d have to contact the Tupelo Airport again when they opened in the morning. I did another two days of business without a change of clothes or my items that I pack to help with my job. When I returned to the Tupelo airport, four days later, I inquired about my bag, and the agent went right to the back and found it. I asked why I wasn’t notified that it had been found, and he stated, “sorry, I was off for a few days”. Icing on the cake-I saw the ticket agent go get security and flag my bag for inspection-out of spite….sure enough, when I got home I had a tag inside stating that my bag had been inspected in Tupelo on the date of my departure. On the bright side, the in-flight service was very good….this is the only reason they get one star. But, the apparent total lack of concern for the customer, coming from the Corporate office and the staff at the airport will drive me to strongly recommend against spending any money with this sham of a company.

Worst travel experience ever, and that is saying a lot for someone that has traveled more 3 million miles on AA and United. Worst customer service anyone could ever experience. · Never on time

Chicago - Cape GirardeauDomestic

We’ve had this airline for a few years in the area and they’re delayed nearly every time I take them. Some of these delays are hours upon hours causing you to disconnecting flights. It’s better to drive to a larger city to take a flight risk. Missing your flight or being delayed an exorbitant amount of time

· Find Another Airline

Charlotte - StauntonDomestic

My experience with Contour airlines has made for the worst travel experience I've ever had in my life. I needed a quick up and back flight for a funeral. Contour was the only airline that came into a local regional airport nearest to my family for that funeral, as I didn't want to rent a car for such a short trip. When I taking my first flight, it was supposed to be a 4:30pm departure to get to my destination around 6pm. I get to my gate and find a lot of people there, like more than would fit on the small plane that was for my flight. As time went on, and my flight got delayed twice, I learned that two other flights prior to mine had been delayed. I learned this from other passengers waiting at the gate - not once did any airport employee announce why there were delays. One of the delayed flights had originally been set to depart at 11am. After waiting for both of those flights to depart, they changed the gate for my flight, again with no explanation. Finally, around 6:15pm, I boarded my flight. Ridiculous, but at least I got to my destination. For my return flight, set to take off around 6:30am, I surprisingly got a voicemail from a manager at the Airport (Not Contour) around 8pm the night before, that there was a mechanical issue with the plane so the flight would be delayed. I called Contour to get more information and they had zero clue about any delay. I called back the manager directly and she said they had to have mechanics come in from Tennessee to fix it....she mentioned a 9 hour drive for them, implying that they were not flying in but driving. She said the delay was hopefully for around 9:30am, but there was no certainty about that because it would be delayed for as long as it took to fix the problem. She also said the delay wouldn't even register with Contour until around 6am tomorrow (the day of the flight). Knowing that there was such a massive mechanical issue that they had to drive mechanics in from 9 hours away and knowing how long it was likely to be delayed, I booked a rental car with Budget (could find no other local companies that had cars available with such short notice) so that I could just cancel the flight in the morning and drive back home. Woke up and found the flight had been delayed 3 times, with the last update as 12:30pm !!! I called and cancelled and luckily was able to get a refund for the return ticket. Shortly after, I got a call from Budget saying because of the delay and the winter weather, people were taking lots of one-way trips and so They had no more cars!!! So the car I reserved online the night before was non existent and they had given all the cars away. I was lucky enough to find a rental car company that did have cars, however it was at another airport, an hour away! I decided to check reviews about Contour and found horrible ratings, all describing situations exactly like mine. This airline is absolutely awful. How can you operate so inefficiently and expect to keep customers coming back. I will never use Contour ever again!!!!!

· Consider TVC, avoid at all costs

Chicago - ManisteeDomestic

Contour Airlines is a disaster. Flights are delayed without explanation, there are NO announcements, or updates online/airport screens. The outsourced staff at the gate is honestly useless. They do not make announcement updates unless specifically asked by guests to do so. Tonight the flight was canceled 15+ minutes after boarding. Again, no announcements even after the flight is canceled. Cancellation texts were sent out and immediately the “staff” had disappeared. This exact situation has happened to me 4 times while flying contour air. The 1-800 number hangs up often, will rebook you without asking, and it’s pretty hard to get a refund. Avoid at all costs - consider Traverse City flights over Manistee

· Delays without reasonable excuse

Kirksville - MiamiDomestic

This was by far the worst flight I have ever been on. When traveling in, my flight was delayed for 4 hours without any communication made to me. Leaving to back to Chicago a couple days later, my flight was delayed 2 hours. Mind you, using these two flights both days, there were no weather issues. It was strictly the planes not coming in on time. They will not respect your time and will delay you for no reason. I would advise to not fly through this airline as I plan to never fly through them again!

· STAY AWAY FROM CONTOUR AIRLINES!

Charlotte - AltoonaDomestic

Flight was delayed/cancelled five times on January 6th, In short, they expected my wife and I to wait 48 hours to fly. I drove to our destination. Prior to this happening we referred out daughter and grand kids to fly to meet us for a function over the weekend of 1/17 thru 1/20. Their flight was late in taking off. Now our daughter informed us that they lost grandson's luggage. It's a 30-passenger plane, 2 other pieces of luggage arrived that were checked at the same time. This is only an hour and a half flight. No communication from airline, very poor customer service, at best. I would not recommend this airline for any occasion. I only hope they find the lost luggage since along with other items it contains a $1000-dollar irreplaceable uniform. In addition, when my wife and I were expected to wait I was told by the pilot that day that he does not trust the weather reports given by either the airline of Altoona Blair Co. Airport. With that in mind, I don't believe this is a safe airline or Altoona Blair Co. Airport, which is in Martinsburg, PA; not anywhere near Altoona and just within Blair Co. (Check it out); is not safe. Stay away. I'm just glad my family arrived safely. We'll see what happens with the "lost" luggage.

Your bag may not make it to your destination

Grabbing my gate-checked bag from the carousel, I didn’t know how lucky I was. Several passengers on our flight to Paducah were soon making their way to the desk after finding out their luggage didn’t make it to their final destination. Unfortunately, I saw the replay of this experience two days later, and have also spoken to others on previous flights with lost luggage (though we were told their bags were returned a few days later).

In all of these cases, it is not clear whether the bags were lost during a previous connection or mishandled during the gate-check procedures. Moral of the story? Pack a spare change of clothes, all necessary medications, and any irreplaceable items in your personal item (and maybe say a prayer, if that’s your thing, or at least pop an AirTag in your bag).

"This is completely unacceptable"

(United States) 7th January 2024

Trip Verified | I had purchased four tickets on flight #3052 from Chicago to Marion traveling December 30, 2023. The flight was to leave Chicago at 10:05 am. Early morning notification on the website indicated the plane would leave early, at about 9:30 am. My children and grandchildren, for whom I had purchased the tickets, arrived at the gate at approximately 8:00 am. 10:05 came and went without any notification or information about the flight from your staff at the gate. I tried calling the toll free number at about 10:35 and requested a call back from the automated system. At 11:26 I received automated text/email indicating the flight was delayed until 3:00. At the same time, staff working the gate notified the waiting passengers. Similarly, at about the same time your website was updated to say status was unavailable and to call the toll free number. Nothing was updated, in person, by phone, text or email, for the next several hours. At 2:16 we again received text, email, and in person notifications that the flight was again delayed until 4:30. The website never changed the flight’s status. As I had still not received a call back from the morning call to the toll free number, I tried again, again requesting a call back. Finally, at about 3:10 pm I received a call back from your customer service member. At that point the representative had the same information, that the flight was delayed and should be leaving at 4:30. At about 3:30 passengers were told the plane they were waiting for had arrived and they would be boarding soon. Shortly after 4:00, the passengers were loaded onto a van and driven to a plane. Before boarding the plane, at about 4:30, the passengers were told this was not the plane to Marion and they were driven back to the terminal. Once at the gate they were notified that the correct plane to Marion had never arrived. Passengers were sorted by who could fit on to the next flight scheduled to leave for Marion at 5:50 pm. There was not enough room for all. There was some brief conversation about the idea that the 10:05 flight would leave after 6:00 pm, but the staff ultimately admitted that was unlikely. Finally at 8:02 pm, I received the text/email notification that the flight was cancelled. This is completely unacceptable. It is clear that Contour knew the flight was going to be cancelled from the beginning. Instead the staff provided little to no information over the course of 12 hours. My family, including two minors, spent all day waiting with the hope this plane would actually get them to their destination. They spent hundreds of dollars getting to/from the airport and in meals while waiting.

"Contour declined any refund"

(United States) 21st November 2023

Not Verified | Worse Experience during a time of sorrow. Booked with American with a connecting flight via Contour. Contour cancelled the flight on 27 Oct into PAH. Was offered a new flight into Evansville, IN or Nashville TN at 6:30PM, this flight was 6 Hours after my original flight was to depart. Why does that time matter, the time of sorrow was my fathers wake was 5-8PM, i was due to arrive in PAH at12:45PM. The flights into Evansville and Nashville did not arrive until the same time as the next PAH flight at 7:45PM, the next PAH was was supposedly sold out. Flying into the 2 offered locations would require 2+ hrs driving and $500 in rental car expense, on a flight I could have booked through Southwest, Nonstop and $400 cheaper. Here is the issue, American Desk Agents, Phone agents, and Contour Phone Agents simply refused to contact each other. American rebooked me on the Nashville flight, without my knowledge, and Contour stating they can not make changes to American Itineraries, creating 6+ hrs of phone time between both Airlines, hobbling across 2 terminals on crutches to get to my family, In the end, I was forced to buy a 2nd seat on Contour, on a flight that was "Sold Out" to be told, I had 2 seats 20 minutes before boarding, which contour refused to refund, because I was cancelling within 24 hrs of the flight, but only 15 minutes after being told I didnt have seat. American and Contour refused to contact each other and American refused to talk to a Contour REP I had on the phone. Total 8 hrs on a 45 minute layover, $800+ dollars and a flight credit on an airline that flys no where. And what else - American refuses to entertain my refund request, Contour declined any refund stating I flew on that day. even though i was forced to buy a 2nd ticket, that I did not need, and would only issue a credit, 15 minutes after I bought it. The Agents I interacted with on 3 NOV were the rudest, most unprofessional customers service reps I have ever experienced.

DFW-TBN

The flight was delayed and then less than 30 mins before boarding they cancelled the flight when clearly they had to have known earlier that they were going to have to cancel. There was only one person there available to talk to and all he could do was tell us to call reservations our self. Due to high call volume I waited 2 hours to even get rebooked on a flight to a different city where I would still have to drive 1 hr to my destination, only option for me. While waiting to talk to reservations people were getting emails with new flight info and the flights were days out and sone even a week out. . I did not get compensated in anyway after having spent all day at the airpot, not even a food voucher. Very disappointed, terrible experience.

PLEASE READ BEFORE FLYING CONTOUR!

Show Low-Phx
Feb 2025
Four of us flew from Show Low, AZ to PHX and checked our baggage at Show Low. We arrived a little late into PHX due to ATC hold but not enough to keep us from making our connecting flights to SLC and STL. When departing the Contour aircraft at PHX we saw the ramp agents just standing by our luggage on the Phoenix ramp. This seemed unusual, so I asked one of the agents (he had an American Airlines uniform on because AA handles baggage duties in PHX for Contour), "You guys are taking that to the baggage carousel aren't you?" He said " as soon as a Contour manager gets here to check it in, we will". I said "how long will that take?", and he just rolled his eyes. We knew we had a problem then!
He and the rest of the crew were just talking and texting as they waited for a Contour manager to show up. We hurried to the baggage carousel and waited for over an hour for our bags as other flight's passengers came and went with their bags. After a while, the carousel belts and display turned off! Finally, after 70 minutes of waiting and numerous calls to Contour, the belts started and we got our bags. It was too late to make our flights on the other airlines. I called and emailed Contour several times over the next few days and even got a hold of Contour's CEO, Matt Chaifetz on his cell phone, but all requests for reimbursements for having to buy new tickets for our other flights on our outbound airlines were denied. Matt made the mistake of answering my call once, and he made sure he never answered my calls again! Pretty lousy customer service. He also doesn't answer emails or voice mails.
My question is would Matt be happy with this type of service failure it it happened to him? I be not.
Would Matt be ok with being told by "customer" service agents that there is no refund for you?
Would Matt be ok with being ignored by an airline where it appears that there is an operational failure causing him a delay and costing him money when he reschedules his flight?
This appears to be an airline destined for failure due to poor communication and failure to take responsibility for it's operational failures. Is Matt just "riding out" the customer service failures and trying to get enough money for retirement?

Don't fly Contour unless you want the headaches!
