Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Judging from many Contour customer reviews, the apparent Contour Refund Policy is: NO REFUNDS!
From the phone staff to the CEO, Matt Chaifetz, there appears to be a policy of no refunds and no further communication with those requesting a refund. It's like the Cone of Silence on Get Smart. It seems to be an effective business model since Contour is the only game in town ( the only airline) in many small towns and cities. With technology, they can block your phone number and just ignore your emails. The problem is that customers get angry with this kind of treatment (See the Reviews Page).
Apparent Conditions for Refunds:
"Not, no way, no how" like the Wizard of Oz
I’m not interested.
Maybe another time.
Unfortunately, I can’t.
No thanks.
Hell no.
No way, José.
